At Anzovin Studio, we can bring your project in from soup to dessert, with character and set design, modeling, animatics and layout, animation, rendering, and post-production. Our wide range of software tools includes Maya, Lightwave, 3DSmax, Animation:Master, Shave, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Director, and more. In-house programmers handle C++, MEL, and Lingo.
Take a look at a few of the projects we walked through all of the paces...
You're on the trail of a killer, scraping at the city's seedy underbelly
for clues, only to find yourself dodging bullets from every direction.
Looks like its time to use all four of your legs to kick some serious
criminal abdomen.
Insecticide, developed by Crackpot Entertainmentand published
by Gamecock Media Group, is a hard-boiled, fast-shooting detective
game set in a festering future city where bugs have evolved as the
planet's dominant species. You play Detective
Chrys Liszt as she tries to uncover clues
surrounding a murder at a powerful company.
During the first few stages of the game's
development, Anzovin Studio helped model a
number of bugs, weapons, and vehicles for the
game along with overseeing the rigging needs for
all of the in-game characters.
The largest responsibility for the studio, though,
was the production of over 20 minutes of
pre-rendered cinematics needed for this dramatic
adventure.

With the power of imagination, a young man
turns his dreams of becoming a railroad tycoon
into a reality in the opening cinematic for
Sid Meier's Railroads.
As the sequence begins, we find him inspired by his collection of
railway memorabilia. Armed, at first, with a new toy train engine and
a small pile of tracks, he sets to assembling his steam-powered
vision.
But this young hobbyist’s imagination knows no boundaries.
We watch in awe as pikes are pounded and stations are raised to
make way for his extensive empire. It's only a matter of time before
fantasy becomes reality.
Working with Firaxis, our team took their idea from animatic to final
frames for this two and a half minute piece. Railroads really helps
showcase what boundaries Anzovin Studio can cross with style and
look.

From the minds of Raf and Steve Anzovin comes a memorable
meeting of two skilled swordsmen on a deserted isle. Once they are
face to face, it is not long before blades are drawn and an exciting
contest of prowess and finesse begins.
A comically fast and furious battle, THE DUEL is an exciting short
film full of vivid swordplay, perilous scrapes, and close shaves.
Inspired by sword swinging greats like Errol Flynn and
Douglas Fairbanks, the swashbuckling style of the
Man In Black and the dual-weilding strength of the
Man In Red aim to please any fan of entertaining
combat choreography.
Their wordless, balletic display is set to the
Russian composer Antolii Lyadov's orchestral
miniature Baba Yaga (Opus 56).
Created partly as an experiment in developing
a fast-rendering, flat-color look, and partly as a
homage to all the great swashbuckling films,
THE DUEL was definitely an exercise in FUN!

Should a boy pay for enjoying the sweet
smells from Koyel's sweet shop? This question
is answered in the parable STOLEN SMELLS, a
tale that takes a young boy, Bijoy, to the courtroom
as he is accused of stealing the smells of a greedy candy
maker's alluring sweets.
Anzovin Studio was commissioned to produce this short by
Pileated Pictures for a segement on the PBS Kids show
Between The Lions. With beautiful and unique character and set
design by Ami Plasse, a witty tale of justice unfolds with the colorful
backdrop of India. From the citizens of the city streets to the dilectable
treats of Koyel's store, Ami's style is both vibrant and charming.
Using the same techniques applied to Anzovin Studio's THE DUEL,
STOLEN SMELLS comes to life in 3D with a 2D twist. Toon shaded and
whimsically animated, Bijoy, Koyel and the Judge teach that greed will
not always get you what you want, but will eventually get you what you
deserve.

PUPPET is an experiment in both sight and
sound as Anzovin Studio embraced the challenge
of choreographing and animating a story set to music.
The result is a Fantasia-like narrative that combines
color and pose to instill a feeling of empathy for a
laboring puppet.
In this award-winning short, puppetmaster Dennis the Dog
finds one marionette who won't be jerked around. Dennis
stars as both master and marionette in this wordless ballet,
dancing to Charles Gounod's "Funeral March of a Marionette,"
better known as the theme from "Alfred Hitchcock Presents."
Expressing emotion through song and dance was an
entertaining and mind-opening experience that put our
director and animators to the test. Enjoyed by audiences
all over the world, PUPPET is an internationally captivating
piece.
